Pazia is a modern and expressive urban building with a very distinct identity. It stands out for its sharply defined volume and its unconventional glass façade. Pazia is built up from two diagonal volumes around a large atrium: the heart of the building.
Situated around the atrium are special spaces designed to accommodate facilities such as restaurants, auditoriums and convenient spaces for business meetings. The central position of the stairs, lifts and shafts in the atrium and the flexible layout options of the large upper floors ensure that the building can be detailed to suit both single- and multitenant situations. The office floors are interconnected by means of atriums, aerial walkways and informal staircases in and around the main atrium. This makes them suitable both for a traditional room structure and a more flexible layout to facilitate the New World of Work.
