Orvil is a building of contemporary design, divided into three zones according to traditional design principles. The slender, vertical structures in the fa&façade, consisting of natural stone, lend Orvil a powerful and striking image. Inside, the large office floors with a flexible layout can be arranged according to several office concepts. The options include a traditional room structure, or an open and flexible layout of workspaces for optimal facilitation of the New World of Work. The intelligent positioning of the cores ensures that Orvil is suitable for both single- and multitenant use. The spectacular (mezzanine) floors in the top of the building are intended to accommodate special functions, such as boardrooms, for instance. These and other special spaces in the building, such as meeting rooms and façade atriums, are visible in the front wall from both the A10 motorway and the Gustav Mahlerlaan.
